Madrid : Real Madrid midfielder Marcos Llorente may have started in Tuesday's 2-0 win away to Roma in the Champions League, but the 23-year-old refuses to commit his future to the club.

Llorente started in the heart of the Madrid midfield for the first time this season as the result of an injury to Casemiro and produced a solid display as Madrid took advantage of some poor defending to claim a morale boosting win.

However, when asked about his situation at the club, Llorente was unwilling to say what could happen in the future.

"At the moment I am at Real Madrid and it is my dream to play here. I have shown that I am prepared for when they need me and I hope to have more games like this," he said on Wednesday.

After being instrumental on loan at Alaves two seasons ago, Llorente returned to Madrid last season, but played less than 600 minutes of league football.

This season, things are going even worse as he has played just 11 minutes in this season's La Liga before Tuesday's Champions League appearance. The midfielder admitted he may have to move elsewhere for game time.

"My dream is to play for Real Madrid, but when the winter transfer window opens, I will speak to the club and see what the best decision for me is," he said.
