NCLAT adjourns Ericsson-Reliance Infratel hearing to Jan 22

New Delhi : The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) on Wednesday adjourned the hearing on the Ericsson-Reliance Infratel matter to January 22.

"The Hon'ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) today in the matter of Ericsson petition and Reliance Infratel Limited (RITL) Minority related settlement petition adjourned the hearing to January 22, 2019," Reliance Communications said in a statement.

"Detailed order is awaited from NCLAT," RCOM said. Reliance Infratel is the tower unit of RCOM.
