Tennis: Jabeur advances to Kremlin Cup semis

Moscow : Ons Jabeur of Tunisia reached the Kremlin Cup semi-final round after prevailing over Anett Kontaveit of Estonia 7-5, 6-1.

It took the World No. 101 one hour and 14 minutes to have a chance to win the title at the expense of World No. 21 Kontaveit, reports Efe.

The Tunisian player took revenge for her 2014 defeat to Kontaveit with the exact same result.

Up next, Jabeur is to square off against Anastasija Sevastova of Latvia, who beat Russian Vera Zvonareva 4-7, 7-5, 6-3.
