Gauri Khan first ever gift from Shah Rukh Khan defines fashion

New Delhi : Gauri Khan, the darling wife of superstar Shah Rukh Khan was recently spotted in the Zoya's event in New Delhi. On the reopening of Zoya - A Tata Product’s flagship store in the capital city, Gauri talked about her favourite piece from their collection. It’s about the first piece of jewellery Shah Rukh bought her and now she is passing on to her dearest daughter Suhana.

Zoya the diamond boutique from the House of Tata has finally found a space in the South Extension, New Delhi. On 24 January 2019, the brand celebrated the occasion by hosting an evening of cocktails and a fashion showcase in collaboration with Monisha Jaising. The models were dressed in gowns and dresses styled with Zoya’s 6299 Hollywood Blvd collection, which draws inspiration from three iconic Hollywood eras and “Whispers from the Valley”, which captures the poetic beauty of Kashmir and picturesque icons of the land.

The launch was also attended by interior designer Gauri Khan, who walked in wearing a statement blue tanzanite and diamond necklace from the label’s latest 6299 Hollywood Blvd collection, worn with a black Monika Jaisingh gown. 

When media chatted with Gauri, she mentioned about her favourite jewellery pieces and more about her area of interest in life.

During the chatting, Gauri Khan mentioned that the first piece of jewellery her husband Shah Rukh Khan gifted her was a gold wedding band. Besides she said that her mother's polki set is very close to her heart and she had worn it in her wedding. She also mentioned that she would like to pass on her precious jewellery to Suhana.

Besides, she had mentioned that she would have been an artist because she had studied art and history in her school and college.
