Holi Festival 2019: Makeup Tips and hair style for Holi party-goers

New Delhi : Holi, the festival of colors is in active mode and it is time to show true color of beauty.  If you have recevied invitation card for Holi party 2019 on March 21, then we have some gorgeous make-up and hair tips for fashionistas.

Our beauty expert has come up with the following section of hues related to lipstick, eye shadow, lip gloss and more. Just take a look:

Wear red color lipstick: Red is the colour of confidence and also happiness. Swipe your favourite bright red lipstick out of your vanity this Holi.

Wear thin layer of foundation: When wearing a red lipstick, wear a thin layer of foundation so that the focus is drawn to lips and they stand out. The layer of foundation also ensures that the colours don't get in touch with your skin directly.

Wear Silver/gold with fuchsia: Silver/gold with fuchsia is the best combination when it comes to a fun and colourful make-up. One can sport a bright fuchsia lipstick to be in style even when you're playing Holi.

Wear golden eye liner: With the above, you can team up a metallic silver/golden eye liner so as to make your make-up stand out in the mix of all the colours.

Wear Eyes shadow: Play around with yellow, pink and green eye shadows or eye liners to create a rainbow effect. Use matte eye shadows to get maximum colour impact on the eyes. Apply the colours vertically on the eyelids next to each other and add kajal and lots of mascara.

Wear transparent nail paint: Holi leaves its traces on our body for weeks. To avoid staining your nails, wear transparent nail paint. This coat will ensure that the colour on the nail comes off easily

Care your hair: With all the make-up, ensure that you don't neglect your hair. One simple formula to protect hair from damage is to keep it tied together. Tied hair will tend to catch fewer colours.
