India's Sargam Koushal wins Mrs World 2022 title (video inside)

New Delhi : India’s Sargam Kaushal has been crowned Mrs World 2022 in an event that took place at Las Vegas, Mumbai-based Sargam Kaushal was named Mrs World 2022 as she popped ahead contestants from 63 countries. With this, India has also gained back its crown after 21 years.

In 2001, Aditi Govitrikar head won the title for India. She also extended her wishes to Sargam Kaushal on Instagram, "Heartiest congratulations…so happy to have been part of the journey…it was time the crown came back after 21 years."

Sargam Kaushal was crowned as Mrs World 2022 by Mrs World 2021 Shaylyn Ford of the USA. Mrs Polynesia was named the first runner-up, followed by Mrs Canada as the second runner-up.
