Noida : A unique Teen India Beauty Pageant-2020 was held On Saturday, the 4th of January, at The Flying Dutchman, Logix City Centre Mall, amongst the glitterati of Delhi and NCR in which Miss Mannat Kaur bagged the title of "Teen India 2020". 

The other winners were Anjani Shrama ( First Runner Up ), Saummyata Borah ( Second Runner Up ), Ana Tyagi ( Third Runner Up ) and Hrishita Sarkar ( Fourth Runner Up ). 

Teen India is one of the most prestigious Teen beauty pageants being held in the country. The winner of Teen India 2020 will represent India at Teen Universe Pageant 2020 which will be held in Panama.

VVIPs such as Ambassador of Argentina to India Mr Daniel Chuburu, Ambassador of Panama Ricardo Mr A. Berna M, Ambassador Paraguay Mr Fleming Raul Duarte Ramos, were the chief guests of the event. Fauzia Bakshi also graced the event and blessed the participants. 


The lovely Teens were judged by the jury comprising of leading Pageant Coach of India lt. Rita Gangwani, international designer Asma Gulzar, entrepreneur Aarti Kapoor,  CNN Stylist Sharmila Ahuja, Human activist and Ace Fashion designer  Dr Santana Jon and Teen India winner 2019 Apurva Thakur. 

Vishal Hotla choreographed the entire show and kept the audience glued to their seats.  The contestants' make-up and hair were done by Bharti Tanejas team from Alps. 

Teen India's National Director and the organizer of the event, Jasmeet Kaur, who is an established name in the Indian fashion industry, congratulated the winners and thanked all the guests for making the event a grand success. Talking about the pageant, she said, "I congratulate Mannat for winning the pageant and hope she will make India proud at the international level. I take this opportunity to thank all the guests for sparing their valuable time from their busy schedules to grace the occasion. I sincerely thank Retd Lieut Dr. Rita Gangwani and her pageant school RIGAHAUS for grooming and motivating the contestants and for supporting the pageant since 2017. I feel proud to have set up a platform like Teen India Pageant that is making dreams of young girls come true. We are training and polishing skills of these young girls, hailing from different parts of the country and introducing them to the glamour world with confidence and poise. We aim to transform them into successful women of the future.”

Winner of Teen India Pageant 2019, Miss Apurva Thakur also graced the event and passed on the baton to the winner of this edition. She said, "I congratulate all the participants and send my best wishes to Mannat for winning the title crown. I hope she brings laurels to our country when she represents India at the global stage in Panama." 

The winner of Teen Universe Pageant 2017 and the owner of the brand Eliferous, Srishty Kaur was also present there to encourage the participants. She said, “All these lovely young ladies are immensely talented and confident. We nurture and polish these young Teens to find their dreams. If you have the desire, determination and discipline then nothing can stop you from conquering the world.”

Several well-known dignitaries from various walks of life graced the occasion. Few names are Dr Sharad Kohli, Top model Dinesh Mohan, and Miss Deaf World 2019 Vidisha Baliyan. 

The winner of Teen India Pageant 2020 will represent India at Teen Universe Pageant 2020 in Panama between 13th-20th January.
