Health experts say that there are a few seed s which should be included in diet plan. In this article, we will help you know about the five magic seeds which are extremely nutritious and help to maintain good health.

  • Flax seeds:

Flax seeds are in the top position in the list of magic seeds. It is known to improve good cholesterol level, control blood sugar and helps to prevent the risk of cancer. These seeds are good source of omega 3 fatty acids and fibre.

  • Chia seeds:

You should know that 100 grams of Chia seeds contain about 485 calories, 31 grams of fat and 42 grams of carbohydrates. It’s considered as super seed since it contains omega 3 fatty acids polyphenols, which are essential antioxidants. These seeds help in the regulation of blood sugar levels, prevent diabetes, improves cardiovascular health, boosts energy and metabolism. It is popularly used in pudding, muffins, spread, salad and milkshake.

  • Pumpkin seeds:

Pumpkin seeds works to control diabetes, promote digestion, prevent insomnia and helps in weight loss. They are a good source of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) and antioxidants that help in the regulation of cholesterol levels in the body

  • Sesame seeds:
