News Heads spoke exclusively to the founder of 'Chotu Chaiwalah', Mr Jagdish, to learn more about his idea, offerings and future plans.

He said, "I am a big fan of PM Narendra Modi and his idea of startups. There have been several times when he has mentioned about chai in his speeches and going by the facts it is Rs 8000 crore market, meaning a great potential market to invest in."

The mere idea brought him to India from New Zealand and takes a risk of testing hands on a startup. The idea worked for him and he is happy with the growth and success of the outlet. He plans to expand it across the India in coming months.

Talking more about the concept, he said while sipping the drink he wants his customers to get the feel of old days and for the same he has placed some of the old electronics like a shutter TV, radio and telephone (all in perfect working conditions).

Another attraction is the price. From drinks to snacks, everything has been price tagged at a reasonable, pocket friendly mark. This place definitely deserves a visit.
