According to a report in the study published in 'Heart Journal', the risk of death due to heart disease in people who eat eggs daily is 18% less than those who do not eat eggs. Researchers said that people who avoid to eat egg are at risk of having heart attacks, stroke and other heart related problems.

New Delhi : It is known to all that egg is a healthy food, but few people ignore to include it in their daily diet. Possibly, they don’t know the benefits of eating egg every day. It is a very good source of protein and amino acids. Food experts say that it contains all nine essential amino acids which are extremely essential for the development of our body.

Besides, egg rich in vitamins like Vitamin A, B12, D and E. It contains folate, selenium and other types of salts. A study in China reports that eating one egg throughout the day reduces the risk of heart diseases. The study analysed about 4 lakh people and the findings has been published in the 'Heart Journal'

Nowadays, most people are fighting against serious diseases such as blood pressure, obesity and blood sugar, which serve as an invitation to heart disease. Also, smoking and consumption of alcohol add to the increased risk of heart diseases more frequently.

Many doctors recommend some patients not eating more eggs and co-author of the study and Associate Professor of Peking University School of Public Health, Canqing Yu said that there is a large amount of cholesterol in vitamins and other rich in eggs, due to which some people think that egg damage their health.

Researchers found great difference in eating habits, lifestyle and illness, due to which they decided to study on the basis of their intake of eggs, considering the relationship of heart diseases.

During the study, researchers used data from a second study, which included nearly a million people living in 10 different regions of China. There were about 416,213 people who never had cancer, diabetes or heart disease.

To mention, 13 percent of these participants were from 30 to 79 years old, who used to eat eggs every day. At the same time, there were 9 percent of the people who did not eat eggs but eat chicken

After about 9 years of research, the researcher arrived at the results of this study. Most cases of death of about 9, 9 85 people were reported due to heart disease during the study. At the same time, about 84,000 people complained of heart disease.

After analyzing all the information the researchers found that those eat eggs have very low risk of heart diseases as compared to those who don’t eat eggs.
