Harpreet Singh: Brilliant social worker and activist passionate towards bringing change

New Delhi : Harpreet Singh is a widely known young social worker, political activist and youth leader in the city of New Delhi in India. He has done commendable work in the fields of social service and activism. Harpreet Singh is the youngest Secretary General of the Delhi Pradesh Youth Congress.

Harpreet Singh completed his higher education from London and returned to India with the intention of giving back to the society. Being passionate for social service since a young age, Harpreet knew that having a position of responsibility will enable him to stay more accessible to people and serve them in an efficient manner. Talking about the same in an informal discussion, Harpreet Singh said, "As the Secretary General of the Delhi Pradesh Youth Congress, I have been blessed with a bigger platform to undertake the social work that I always intended to. My goal as a political activist and youth leader is to inspire change that has far-reaching effects in society."

Harpreet Singh is also the founder of the India Together Foundation which is a Non Government Organization that was dedicated to providing relief and support to hundreds and thousands of people in Delhi during the COVID-19 pandemic in the country. During the lockdowns, Harpreet and his team collaborated with local support groups and handed out masks, sanitizers and food packets to disadvantaged and underprivileged people.

Harpreet Singh's efforts in the realms of activism and social service have yielded great results. He continues to work in the direction of holding dialogue with the public and taking concrete steps towards addressing and resolving its grievances.
