"Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve,” Napoleon Hill.

New Delhi :  I used to be a pro at assuming the worst.

If my friend seemed to be ignoring me, I used to create several versions of how and what would have happened instead of going and confronting on the same.

If I am going for a football game and parking my car and in the parking lot , instead of enjoying the moment ,I used to wonder someone gonna hit my car.

And, once when I was in office and got an appreciation email from the global head of finance team for my continuous hardwork,I wondered what if the next time I make an error .

So from my years of judging numerous moments had made me realised that am I correctly decoding them, they are my beliefs which are repeating constantly.

So we should guard our belief patterns in order to avoid overthinking or negative thoughts.

Surround yourself with positive people

Send the negative influences far away from your life and those who encourage you, love you have positive beliefs in every situation stick with them .

Always look for positivity

Feed your mind with positivity instead of assuming the worst in every situation, as I did when I parked my car and was constantly having a war in my head about the worst

The surroundings

Your environment should be peaceful and healing. So connect with nature whenever possible by going on morning walks, exercises, hiking, meeting friends sharing thoughts.

All it requires is your constant practice and attention, once you get used to it ,you would be amazed and energetic in whatever you do.
