Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister promotes tourism on Interceptor 650

New Delhi : Arunachal Prasesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu chose an innovative way to attract tourism in the state. He drove and Interceptor 650 on the lush green background and scenic landscapes through the hillside roads of Arunachal Pradesh.
Khandu, who posted the video of him riding the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650, said it was his "humble attempt" towards promoting tourism.
"Video of motorcycle road trip from Yinkiong to Pasighat," said the post by BJP's Pema Khandu. He drove the bike for a 122 kilometers stretch along the headquarters of Upper Siang district in Arunachal, famous for its enriched landscape and serenity.

"A 122 km motorcycle ride from Yingkiong to Pasighat on 13th October 2019. Began my bike ride from Yingkiong Circuit house at 8 am and reached Pasighat Airport at 10.30 am. The route offers best picturesque views of the Siang Valley and Adi villages," Khandu said.

Earlier, also CM Khandu has been spotted riding bikes and incidentally he was spotted on a bicycle ride with Salman Khan last year. He is often seen promoting tourism in Arunachal Pradesh on social media with hashtags like #AmazingArunachal and #VisitArunachal.
