Morbi : PM Modi gifted Indians a 108 feet statue of Lord Hanuman on the occasion of Hanuman Jayanti on April 16.

In a video conference, he said that we have been seeing a similar statue in Shimla for years and now it is also present in Gujarat's Morbi. He also announced that the two such statues will be constructed in Rameswaram and West Bengal.

This is the second statue of Hanuman ji out of four in the nation that will complete 'Hanumanji Char Dham' project. The statue has been set up in the west, at the Ashram of Bapu Keshvanand ji in Morbi.

The first statue of the project is in Shimla’s Jakhu temple. It was made in 2010. The work for the third statue in Rameshwaram has also begun.

Hanuman Jayanti is celebrated every year to mark the birthday of lord Hanuman. This year, the nation celebrated it on Saturday.
