A public meeting was organized at the Sadar Bazar, Kranti Check in the Delhi Cantonment Assembly constituency in support of the Citizenship Amendment Act and National Population Register. BJP MP from New Delhi Smt. Meenakshi Lekhi was present as the chief guest and keynote speaker at this public meeting. BJP councilors, former councilors, district divisional presidents, ex-army officers, ex-servicemen, martyrs' families and a thousands of women and dignitaries from the Cantonment Assembly appeared in support of the bill.
