Narendra Modi-led government on Thursday night named Rajnath Singh in four more key panels of the Union Cabinet-Parliamentary Affairs; Political Affairs; Investment and Growth; and Employment & Skill Development. Earlier, his name was added to only two Cabinet committees – Economic Affairs and security.

The BJP chief said: “I have travelled the whole country, gauged the mood… after phase 5 and 6, the BJP has got the absolute majority and after phase 7 we will definitely cross the 300 mark.”
