Sabarimala violence broke out as two women dressed themselves as men and tried to enter the Ayyappa shrine early morning Wednesday. The women in their 30s were stopped by protestors near Pamba.

11 women in their menstrual age have reached the Pamba base camp that is located 4 KM away from the shrine to Lord Ayyappa nestled in the Western Ghats. They will be marching towards Sabarimala temple as nearly 30 women will be attempting a trek today.
