Strongly opposing the proposed legislation on triple talaq, MIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi on Saturday called for unity among Indian Muslims to protect the 'shariat'.

The Triple Talaq cases are rising every passing day. Another case has emerged in Uttar Pradesh, where a woman in her third month of pregnancy has urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi for help. The woman, who is from UP’s Saharanpur, is three months pregnant and has two daughters.
