New Delhi : Businessman Anand Mahindra shared his reaction on the news of Mahendra Singh Dhoni's retirement and listed out three life lessons one can learn from the former Indian captain's career.

According to him, the three life lessons are – be authentic, be bold/take risk and stand out.

In a tweet, he wrote, "Much has been said about what #Dhoni brought to the game. I’m no expert on cricket & I remember I 1st noticed him when my mother pointed him out on TV intrigued by his hairstyle. He reminded us that to make an impact: a) Be authentic b) Be bold/take risk c) Stand out."

Mahendra Singh Dhoni is one of the most successful cricketers of India and he announced his retirement from the international cricket on August 15.

Minutes after he announced his retirement, another senior player Suresh Raina announced his retirement from the game as well.

However, the good news remains that both the players will be seen playing in the upcoming season of Indian Premier League that will be played in UAE in September.
