New Delhi : In a new turn of events, the tussle between BCCI officials and Lodha committee is brewing up. According to Justice RM Lodha, the panel has discussed the reforms with BCCI top brass and former Indian captains.

The panel discussed with Jagmohan Dalmiya, Anurag Thakur, all the board vice-presidents, Anirudh Chaudhary and Amitabh Chaudhary and former India captains like Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, Sourav Ganguly , Kapil Dev and Bishan Singh Bedi.

The committee is all set provide its help to the new set of Board administrators, who'll be appointed by the SC on January 19, to implement the reforms.

Meanwhile, the disgruntled BCCI officials are exploring legal options to challenge Lodha committee before January 19 decisions.

A large chunk of the BCCI and state association officials claim that some of the directives, issued through a set of FAQs are a departure from the apex court order. They also question the Indian squad’s selection for the ongoing limited-overs series against England that went ahead with the Lodha Committee’s approval.

According to speculation CAB chief and former Indian skipper Saurav Ganguly can be the BCCI chief.
