New Delhi : The cricket fraternity has come up in support of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and raised their voices against anti India comments made by a few ministers of Maldives, leading to #BoycottMaldives trend on social media. Amid all this, an old video of former Indian Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni is now getting viral on social media.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni is not a person who makes comments or share his opinions on trending topics, but his comments in an old video over his vacation plans and destinations is now getting viral amid the Maldives row. In the viral video, Mahendra Singh Dhoni can be heard saying that he would prefer to explore Indian destinations first before exploring other countries.

Due to his nature of work, Mahendra Singh Dhoni has been to several nations during his activities as an international cricketer. But he feels that he has not been on a vacation to major countries.

"Mostly, I do travel a lot but not for vacations. Frankly, if you ask me, I have not been on a lot of vacations. During my cricket playing time, mostly I would go to nations where cricket was there. I haven't seen a lot because I was like I have come here to play cricket, I will play cricket and come back. So, not a lot of fun that way," Dhoni said in the video.

"My wife loves to travel. So, now our plan is... we are getting some time off, we want to travel. But we want to start from India. We have so many beautiful places over here. I would like to explore them first before heading to different places," he said.
