Mumbai : The latest season of the Indian Premier League is not going great for Mumbai Indians as the team is still looking for its first win in the tournament. The men in blue have lost their five games in a row and would now need a magical path to reach the playoffs.

On Wednesday night, Mumbai Indians had to face the defeat against Punjab Kings by 12 runs.

Meanwhile, it must be noted that the defeats have come despite a good performance from the team. Rohit Sharma said that they need to make some changes in the strategy and come back prepared in the next game.

Meanwhile, Rohit Sharma has been fined Rs 24 lakhs for slow over-rate in the game. The rest members of the team have been fined Rs 6 lakh or 25 per cent of their match fees (whichever is lower).

This is the second time Mumbai Indians have been fined. Earlier, Rohit Sharma was fined Rs 12 lakhs for slow over-rate against Delhi Capitals.
