Islamabad : India and Pakistan will once again play against each other in the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup and the Men in Blue will be aiming to take the revenge of last defeat in the same event.

Last week, International Cricket Council (ICC) had released the schedule for the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup in Australia. India and Pakistan are scheduled to play the opening game on October 23, 2022.

Former Pakistan skipper Mohammad Hafeez, who recently announced his retirement from international cricket, has shared his views on the India-Pakistan rivalry.

According to Hafeez, only Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma are capable enough to play under the extra pressure which is observed during an India vs Pakistan match.

"Virat and Rohit Sharma are two such skillful players who can touch the par when they score runs. I'm not saying that other players are not good but if these two don't do well in India-Pakistan matches, the others can't handle the pressure," Hafeez told Sports Tak.

India and Pakistan had last seen each other in T20 World Cup in the UAE last year; Pakistan had managed a 10-wicket win against India.
