Quirky Virat Kohli showers praise on Axar Patel in Gujarati

Gujarat : Team India was on cloud 9 on Friday after it registered a serene victory over England in the third Test match to win the series 2-1. Indian bowlers made a huge contribution in team India's thumping win; spinners played a crucial role in the last game.

Indian skipper Virat Kohli is known for passing amusing comments to his teammates and in a latest video he is seen trying the Gujarati language as he praised Axar Patel during the post-match live ceremony.

Hardik Pandya was doing interview of Axar Patel after the end of the Third Test Match when passing by Virat Kohli lands in the picture and passes a comment on the mic.

"Ae Bapu, tari bowling kamaal che" (Oh Bapu, your bowling is wonderful!) referring to Patel's nickname. Watch the viral video below:

Axar Patel has registered an unexpected growth in his Test career. The left-arm orthodox bowler became only the 9th Indian to take a five-wicket haul on his debut. He followed it up with magnificent spells of 6-38 and 5-32 in Ahmedabad.
