Sakshi Dhoni fumes after fans slam MSD for Rs 1 lakh donation

New Delhi : Mahendra Singh Dhoni has donated Rs 1 lakh through a Pune based NGO as his support to the nation in the fight against coronavirus, said a report.

While any contribution is worthy enough at a time when the nation is going through a tough time, the news did not go well with Mahendra Singh Dhoni's fans that slammed him for low figures despite being one of the richest cricketers in India.

While people were trolling former Indian skipper for his donation, his wife came to rescue and slammed the media houses by calling them irresponsible.

Taking to the micro-blogging site, MS Dhoni's spouse criticized the media houses and urged them to stop carrying false news at sensitive times like these and wondered where responsible journalism has disappeared.
