Selectors recall Saha, Mukund for one-off Test against Bangladesh

New Delhi :  Under the new administration, the BCCI announced squad for the one-off Test match against Bangladesh, starting February 9.  After a gap of six years, Tamil Nadu opener Abhinav Mukund was called back to the side.

India’s number 1 wicket keeper Wriddhiman Saha is back in the side, replacing Parthiv Patel.

Mukund has performed well to knock the doors of national selectors. In Ranji Trophy, the opener scored 849 runs.

Ajinkya Rahane, Jayant Yadav, Hardik Pandya all back in the side having recovered from injuries.

Murali Vijay, KL Rahul, Cheteshwar Pujara, Karun Nair, R Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja were automatic choices. The pace trio of Ishant Sharma, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Umesh Yadav also picked themselves. Amit Mishra has been included as an additional spinner.
