New Delhi : Team India is all geared up to play against New Zealand hey in the Narendra Modi stadium and would be aiming to seal the 3-match T20 series by 2-1. India had lost their first game of the series but managed to win the second game and now the series are level at 1-1. With a win in the 3rd and the last match of the series Hardik Pandya would be aiming to better his record as a captain.

Shubman Gill and Ishan Kishan have not been performing up to the expectation as an opening pair in this T20 series hence there is a good chance of Prithvi Shaw making a place in the playing 11. Prithvi Shaw has been performing well in the domestic cricket and had recently received a lot of support when he was not selected in the Team India for the ongoing T20 series against New Zealand.

Will Hardik Pandya change playing 11?

With the way opening pair Shubman Gill and Ishan Kishan are performing in the series, it will be a difficult choice for Hardik Pandey to go ahead with them or bring Prithvi Shaw in the playing 11. Meanwhile, Hardik Pandya is also facing challenges with Arshdeep Singh, who is not performing as per his expertise. In this series Arshdeep has given 58 runs for 3 wickets at an economy of 9.66.

Expected playing 11 for India

Shubman Gill, Prithwi Shaw/Ishan Kishan, Rahul Tripathi, Surya Kumar Yadav, Hardik Pandya, Deepak Hooda, Washington Sundar, Kuldeep Yadav, Yuzvendra Chahal, Shivam Mavi, Arshdeep Singh
