Krishna Poonia turns real life hero for three girls

Jaipur : Krishna Poonia, the Commonwealth Games gold medallist has shown she not only can win medals for India but also can be a real life hero. The Haryana girl rescued three girls who were allegedly being molested by a group of men in Rajgarh in Rajasthan's Churu district on January 1.

Poonia was in Churu and was traveling, when saw three girls being harassed near the Railway crossing. She  got down from the car to speak to them. The girls told her that they were being harassed by some boys who were passing lewd comments and leering at them.  

When the boys saw the girls complaining, they decided to flee from there. Poonia managed to also caught hold one of the three. The other two managed to escape.

Police was also informed who took the girls home to safety. The girl's brother has registered an FIR of the case.
