In a bizarre accident, agency helping the Unique Identification Authority of India or UIDAI for implementing Aadhaar tweeted Mahendra Singh Dhoni's application form.
Mr Dhoni's wife Sakshi Dhoni took up the issue with Information and Technology minister Ravi Shankar Prasad, when he tweeted a photograph of the former India captain with the representatives of CSC e-governance services.

Mrs Dhoni responded to it:
is there any privacy left ??? Information of adhaar card including application is made public property!#disappointed

The disappointment shared was in reference to a tweet by CSE which accidently tweeted MS Dhoni's application form with a mention of personal details.
No it is not a public property. Does this Tweet divulge any personal information?
