The Great Khali’s mother Tandi Devi passes away at 75

Ludhiana : Tandi Devi, mother of Indian wrestler The Great Khali aka Dalip Singh Rana, has passed away on Sunday after multi-organ failure at a hospital in Ludhiana. She was 75-year-old.

Khali’s mother was admitted to Dayanand Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) last week.

According to reports, she was not feeling well from past few days. Her body will reach village Naini Dhar until midnight and her funeral will be held on Monday morning.

It must be mentioned here that Tandi Devi tested negative for coronavirus, but when she arrived at the hospital she was diagnosed with heart and lung damage.

Khali himself had taken her mother to the hospital and was present there during her treatment.

Dalip Singh Rana (Khali) made his professional debut in wrestling in 2000. Before kickstarting his WWE career, he was an officer for the Punjab Police.

During his WWE career, Khali also went on to become the WWE Champion.

He has also appeared in various Hollywood movies.
