New York : Google has launched another two smartphone devices - Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL – during its Made By Google event in New York. Like always the prime focus of the devices are its camera, in addition the company announced a radar sensor, dubbed Project Soli during development and now called Motion Sense.

With the motion sense technology you can operate some functions on your smartphone device by simply waving your hand over the screen.

Launch Price of Google Pixel 4 and Google Pixel 4 XL

Google Pixel 4 is priced at $799 (roughly Rs. 57,000) and the Google Pixel 4 XL is priced at $899 (roughly Rs. 64,000). Launched in three colours - Just Black, Clearly White, and a limited edition Oh So Orange; the phone will be available through all major US carriers from October 24. The pre booking for the device will be available from the launch day itself.

According to the announcements made during the event, Pixel 4 buyers will also be getting free benefits of 3 months of Google One, which includes 100GB of cloud storage and 1 on 1 pro sessions if you need help with using the phone.

Not to be launched in India

The company also made it clear that the new smartphone devices will not be launched in the Indian markets. “Google has a wide range of products that we make available in different regions around the world. We determine availability based on a variety of factors, including local trends, and product features. We decided not to make Pixel 4 available in India. We remain committed to our current Pixel phones and look forward to bringing future Pixel devices to India.”
