Delhi : Google, a major player in technology, has revealed the Pixel 8 series' release date. According to invitations distributed by the firm, the Google Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro will be released on October 4. 

The Pixel Watch 2 is expected to be unveiled by Google at the same event, according to the website Mashable. Google Pixel 8 series: The Tensor G3 SoC is likely to be present in the next Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro in terms of the core specs. Additionally, rumors claim that these devices will employ the Titan security chip. The Pixel 8 Pro could sport a larger 6.71-inch OLED screen with QHD+ resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, while the Pixel 8 will likely have a 6.2-inch display.

Leaked images, according to the Mashable website, show that the Pixel 8 will have two cameras: a 50MP main camera and a 12MP ultra-wide lens. The triple-camera setup of the Pixel 8 Pro is said to include a 48MP telephoto camera, a 64MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization. The phone is said to have an 11MP selfie camera with a Samsung JN1 sensor on the front. 

Google Pixel Watch 2: In addition to the smartphones, Google may also present the Pixel Watch 2, the replacement for the first model. The two physical side buttons and circular dial of the original Pixel Watch are projected to remain on the Pixel Watch 2. 

Furthermore, a Snapdragon W5 CPU and 2GB of RAM are expected to power the Watch 2. In addition, four additional watch faces—Accessible, Arc, Analog Bold, and Bold Digital—have been revealed by leaks for the smartwatch, according to the Mashable website.
