Delhi : The Honor X40 GT Racing Edition is now available from Honor. Because it is really an improved version of the Honor X40 GT, which was unveiled in October of last year, the company is not making much noise about it. Remember that the Honor X40 GT, which debuted last year, had two configurations: 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage for 2,099 Yuan (about $287) and 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage for 2,399 Yuan (about $329). It was available in hues including Titanium Silver, Racing Black, and Midnight Black.

Two versions of the Honor X40 GT Racing Edition, which became official today, are available: 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage and 12 GB RAM + 512 GB storage. Priced at 1,799 Yuan ($246) and 1,999 Yuan ($274), respectively, for both variants. Racing Black, Racing Silver, and Midnight Black are the three colors available.

Details of the Honor X40 GT Racing Edition

The 6.81-inch FHD+ LCD on the Honor X40 GT Racing Edition offers a 144Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. It has a side-facing fingerprint scanner for security.

It is powered by a mobile platform called the Snapdragon 888. Complementing this CPU are LPDDR5 memory and UFS 3.1 storage. It has a built-in 4800mAh battery that allows 66W quick charging to keep the lights on.

The front camera of the Honor X40 GT Racing Edition has a 16-megapixel resolution for selfies. It has a 50-megapixel primary camera on the back as well as 2-megapixel macro and 2-megapixel depth-of-field lenses. It balances portability and an aesthetically pleasing appearance with its slim 8.45mm thickness and weight of just 199.5g. As can be seen, the Honor X40 GT Racing and the standard model from the previous year have exactly the same specifications.
