It's here! Poco X5 5G set to launch in India on March 14th

Delhi : Poco X5, a new smartphone from Poco, a Xiaomi spinoff brand, will be unveiled in India. The teaser from the business stated that the Poco X5 will be on sale on March 14 in India. The event will be live streamed to the audience on YouTube from 12 o'clock. The phone will be added to the Poco X5 Pro, which was introduced in India last month.

The Poco X5 and Poco X5 Pro were both released by the firm, but only in international markets. The business is currently introducing a more cheap choice to India.

Poco teases that the X5 may cost far less than Rs 20,000. On Flipkart, the smartphone will be sold in India.

The 6.67-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED screen on the Poco X5 has a refresh rate of 120Hz, Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, and a maximum brightness of 1200 nits. It has an infrared sensor and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. For durability, the smartphone also boasts IP53 splash and dust resistance.

The Poco X5 is equipped with a Snapdragon 695 chipset, up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM, and 256GB of internal storage that can be increased to 1TB with a microSD card.

It sports a 5000mAh battery with 33W charging capabilities and runs MIUI 13 on top of Android 13.

Poco X5 Pro: Camera

The Poco X5 has three cameras: a 48MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. The smartphone includes a 13MP selfie camera. 5G SA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS + GLONASS, USB Type-C, and NFC are among the available connectivity options.

The Poco X5 is available in the colours Black, Green, and Blue.

The 6GB+128GB storage model of the Poco X5 costs $249 (about Rs. 20,800), while the 8GB+256GB storage model costs $299. (around Rs. 24,700).
