OnePlus 6T gets OxygenOS 9.0.5 with improvements to Screen Unlock and gestures
New Delhi : Only a few days have passed since OnePlus launched OnePlus 6T in the market, and the devices have already started getting update for OxygenOS 9.0.5. The new update will also be made available to OnePlus 6 user and it will be released at a later stage for OnePlus 5, OnePlus 5T, OnePlus 3, and OnePlus 3T.
Though it is a minor update but it offers improvements for Screen Unlock (the 6T’s in-screen fingerprint scanner feature) and miscellaneous bug fixes and improvements. One more improvement that has not been listed is better gesture controls. Users on Reddit are claiming that full-screen gestures are working much smoother and quicker than before, which is a good thing for those who got used to this navigation method.
