Poco M6 5G all set for India launch on December 22, Teasing impressive 50MP Dual Rear Cameras
Delhi : This week marks the official launch of the Poco M6 5G in India. The Xiaomi sub-brand has announced the release of a new M series phone via social media. Poco has released a poster that reveals the smartphone's appearance. The Poco M6 5G is equipped with a dual 50-megapixel rear camera. It also looks to feature a front-facing display notch in the shape of a waterdrop. The Poco M6 5G will be released as the successor to last year's Poco M5. It is expected to be a rebranded version of the Redmi 13C 5G.
Poco M6 5G will be available on December 22nd, according to the company's official X (previously Twitter) account. The launch will begin at 12:00 p.m. IST. As previously said, the company's teaser hints that the device would include a waterdrop-style notch on the display. It depicts an AI-powered dual rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel main sensor.
Meanwhile, Flipkart has developed a new homepage to tease the look of the Poco M6 5G ahead of its launch. According to the internet marketplace, the smartphone would be available in black and silver colour variants.

Poco M6 5G will replace the Poco M5, which was released in September of last year. It's thought to be a rebadged version of the Redmi 13C 5G. The Redmi 13C 5G went on sale in India earlier this month at Rs. 9,999 for the 4GB RAM + 128GB storage model.
The Redmi 13C 5G has a 6.74-inch LCD display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. It is powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 6100+ SoC and can accommodate up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It has a dual back camera arrangement that includes a 50-megapixel main camera and a depth sensor. It sports a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The phone has a 5,000mAh battery with 18W charging capabilities.
