Realme 5s with 48MP quad-camera setup to launch on November 20

New Delhi : India's online retail giant Flipkart on Tuesday confirmed that Realme 5s with 48MP quad-camera setup will be launched on November 20. A new landing page for the launch of the device has been prepared on the site.

The page also includes an image of the 5s, which reveals the phone looks similar to the Realme 5 unveiled in August.

On the promotional page, back of a red Realme 5s has been showcased with a quad-camera setup and fingerprint sensor being the highlight.

Not much of the details have been revealed on the page but as per leaked reports it is likely to have 8MP ultrawide, 2MP macro and 2MP depth sensor modules in the front.

The Flipkart page also has text that reads "Ultra Detailed Pictures that remain sharp even when zoomed in." We need to see what the company means by the statement as expecting a telephoto lens on the phone would be too much at the moment.

With no revelations, one can expect a Type C charging port, a 1080p display and fast charging options.

The Realme 5s will be likely put in direct competition with the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 that was launched in India last month.
