Samsung S11 series to launch in three display sizes, 108 MP camera: Report

New Delhi : A report has suggested that Samsung S11 series will be featuring three display sizes 6.4-inch, 6.7-inch and 6.9-inch screens with smartphone names S11e, S11, and S11 Plus respectively.

The current line-up available in the market has 5.8-, 6.1- and 6.4-inch respectively.

According to a report by the Blass, the phones are also likely to be equipped with a powerful 108 MP camera. The report added that even the S11e, the budget phone in the flagship lineup, will come with a curved display.

Recently, Mi CC9 Pro had featured Samsung's 108 MP ISOCELL sensor. Though, it has been known that CC9 Pro, globally known as Note 10 Pro, will not be coming to India. So, Samsung will become the first company to launch 108 MP camera sensor for India.

Unlike current flagship phone cameras, which use large pixels to produce images around 12 MP in size, Samsung’s 108 MP camera captures images on extremely small pixels and uses pixel-binning (combining multiple pixels) to produce a high-resolution photo.

It is expected that the new smartphone series will come to India at around March 2020.
