Vodafone VoLTE services launched in Uttar Pradesh west- Know benefits

New Delhi : There is good news for Vodafone customers in Western Uttar Pradesh. The company has officially announced the availability of its Voice Over LTE (VoLTE) services in Uttar Pradesh. As of now, company has rolled out its services in the Western region of the state including including Meerut, Agra, Dehradun, Bareilly, Saharanpur, Aligarh, Haldwani and Moradabad.

By using Vodafone VoLTE service, customers will now be able to make calls and enjoy HD quality voice easily. Vodafone SuperNet 4G customers can enjoy this new Vodafone VoLTE for no additional charges. Charges against all the calls will be billed as per existing plan or pack benefits.

During the launch of the Vodafone VoLTE service, Dilip Kumar Ganta, Business Head – UP West, Vodafone India, said, “We are delighted to inform that Vodafone is the first GSM service provider to launch VoLTE services in UP West circle beginning with Meerut, Agra, Dehradun, Bareilly, Saharanpur, Aligarh, Haldwani & Moradabad.

These services will soon be extended to other key cities. Vodafone VoLTE is a big step towards further enhancing our customer experience and enabling our customers in UP West to explore newer possibilities with their smart devices.”

Sources confirmed that the company is also offering VoLTE services in Rajasthan, Mumbai, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Maharashtra and Goa. The telecommunications company will expand these services across India in a phase-wise manner over the next few months.

For the unplanned, VoLTE services work on the 4G networks speed, which will provide HD quality of voice calls and faster call setup to its valued customers. In case of non-availability of 4G network coverage, VoLTE calls will automatically fall back on the 3G/2G network, so that the customers continue to stay connected over the network.

The brand has also publicized a list of smartphones that works flawlessly with Vodafone’s VoLTE services. Smartphones like OnePlus 3, 5 and 5T; Xiaomi Redmi 4, Mi Mix 2, Mi Max 2; Nokia 5 and Nokia 8; Honor View 10, 9i, 7X and 8 Pro; Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro and Galaxy J7 Nxt will seamlessly with this new development.
