World's 'most selling' Android smartphone gets price cut in India

New Delhi : World's most selling Android smartphone Samsung Galaxy A51 has got a price cut in India. The 8GB variant of the mobile phone is now at least Rs 1000 cheaper than its launch price which was Rs 27,999. Well, the 6GB variant of the smartphone has not seen any price drop and it is being sold at the old price tag of Rs 25,250.

For those who are scratching their heads over the aforementioned best-selling tag for the device, we must tell you that the smartphone achieved the feat in the first quarter of 2020. The smartphone is majorly famous in Europe and Asia.

Samsung Galaxy A51 comes with a 6.5-inch full HD+ Super AMOLED display with 1080x2400p resolution. The device is powered with an octa core Exynos 9611 processor.

To keep it running the whole day, it has been fitted with a powerful 4000 mAH battery. The company claims that it can provide a 15 hour internet usage.

Talking about the camera, the device has been fitted with a 32MP camera in a punch-hole design on the front and a quad-camera setup on the back that includes a 48MP (f/2.0 aperture) sensor, 12MP (f/2.2 aperture) sensor, 5MP (f/2.4 aperture) sensor, 5MP (f/2.2 aperture) sensor.

The smartphone offers dual-SIM support with a dedicated microSD card slot. Connectivity options on the handset include USB Type-C, 3.5mm jack, Bluetooth v5.0, 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi.
