Xiaomi announces Mi 10 official launch date

New Delhi : Xiaomi has announced that it will be launching its flagship Mi 10 series and the phone will be presented on February 13.

Contrary to the traditional way of launching the smartphone, this will be hosted online.

Xiaomi has announced in its latest Weibo post that the Mi 10 series launch will be done via an online livestream.

It appears that the company has taken the route of launching the device online in wake of coronavirus outbreak in the country. An online launch could prevent putting the media and guests at risk.

However, Xiaomi could use the upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona as the place to demonstrate its 2020 flagship phone to the world.
