Apple WWDC 2022: What's new in the offer?

New Delhi : Apple hosted its much awaited Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC) 2022 on Tuesday night to reveal the new technology and products the company is bringing in to the market.

In the event, the company launched the next generation of iOS, iOS 16, iPadOS 16, macOS Ventura, WatchOS 9, a new M2 chip, an all-new MacBook Air, and an M2-powered MacBook Pro.

Apple M2 Chip

Apple M2 chip will replace the current M1 chip; the new chip comes with more power and efficiency as compared to its predecessor.

New MacBook Air

The company also unveiled the brand new Mac Book Air which is less than half a inch thick. The new redesigned MacBook is powered with the newly launched M2 chip. The camera on the device has also been improved.

The company also unveiled its 13-inch Mac Book with the same M2 chip. However, no changes have been made to the design of this device.

iOS 16

The company also introduced its latest iOS 16; the major update on this will allow users to edit and un-send their messages on iMessages.

Apple also launched macOS Ventura, which brings new productivity and multitasking features like Stage Manager or an improved Spotlight search.

Apple's Fitness app

Earlier, the apple fitness app was available only to those who had an Apple watch, now it will be available to all iPhone users.
