Apple's 'Scary Fast' event redefines performance with M3, iMac, and MacBook

Delhi : The new M3-powered MacBook Pro laptops in sizes 14" and 16" were unveiled on the day of Apple's major announcement. The entry-level model, which is now a 14" device without Touch Bar and with the stock M3 chip, is essentially the larger and more costly 13" M1 MacBook Pro. The main upgrade on the surface of these laptops (just the M3 Pro and M3 Max models) is the updated CPUs. On the outside, Space Black is a darker choice than Space Gray, and according to Apple, it attracts less fingerprints.

The 16-inch MacBook Pro equipped with M3 Pro silicon, according to Apple, should last 22 hours between charges. We were not given an exact figure, but the M3 Max models will also reduce battery life. The 14" versions have smaller batteries, so this outcome would be lower.

The greatest advancement over the previous model is the 14" M3 MacBook Pro. It adopts a notch design in place of the 13" MacBook's heavy bezels. It also becomes a part of the larger laptop series that has the Liquid Retina XDR display.

Essentially identical to their M2 predecessors, the new MacBook Pro laptops' I/O has three Thunderbolt 14 connections, an HDMI port, an SD card reader, and a MagSafe connector for charging. The brightness of the panels is said to exceed 600 nits, which should be 20% greater than previously.

The entry-level 14" M3 MacBook Pro costs $1,599 and comes with 512 GB of storage and 8 GB of unified storage; a 1 TB model would cost an additional $200.

With 18 GB of Unified Storage and 512 GB of storage, the 14" MacBook Pro with an M3 Pro processor starts at $1,999. For $2,399, there's also a variant with 1 TB of storage and a 96W USB-C power adapter. The highest tier, which costs $3,199, has the M3 Max, 36 GB Unified Storage, and 1 TB storage version.

The M3 Pro 16-inch MacBook Pro with 18 GB Unified Storage, 512 GB of storage, and a 140W USB-C power adapter starts at $2,499; the 36-GB Unified Storage model costs $2,899. With M3 Max, there are also two choices: $3,499 for the 36 GB model and $3,999 for the 48 GB Unified Storage.

Shipping for the M3 and M3 Pro variants will begin on November 7, which is seven days away. Apple did not say when the M3 Max models will be available; they will come later. On Apple's website, you may pre-order any variation.
