Delhi : With their recent debut in China, the IQOO 27 and 27X have taken the internet by storm; don't mix these models with the Z7 5G, which was released a week ago in India. The Chinese smartphone maker has not yet made the Pro model official. In my opinion, the Z7 model—likely the Z6 Pro's successor—supplants the Pro model, which I believe is unnecessary.

IQOO'S 27 and 27X have amazing features:

Talking about the IQOO 27's differences from the Z6 Pro will be our first topic of discussion. Although the older phone still performs better than the newer one in some areas, it is actually not the Z6 Pro's successor.

The Z7, however, has a Snapdragon 782G, 8/12 GB of RAM, and 128/256 GB of non-expandable UFS 2.2 storage, along with Android 13 and OnginOS 13.

The good news is that, depending on your needs, you can increase the RAM up to 8GB. The 5,000 mAh battery of the Z7 cellphone enables 120W rapid charging. We notice a similar claim made by other Chinese businesses: the IQOO 27 can go for 5 hours of video streaming with just 5 minutes of charging.

Also, a single charge allows you to view 16 and a half hours of movies. The 6.64-inch LCD screen on the Z7 has a stunning 120Hz refresh rate and a 1080P resolution. Furthermore, HDR10 with 100′′ DCI-P3 colour coverage is supported. Although this is genuinely remarkable, the LCD screen requires an upgrading.

The 64MP rear camera of the IQ00 Z7 is paired with a 2MP depth sensor. Regrettably, an ultra-wide lens does not exist. In addition, the Z7 boasts a face unlock feature, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a 16 MP selfie camera. The phone supports Bluetooth 5.2 with aptX Adaptive and LDAC, and it has a 3.5 mm headphone jack.

How different from Z6 pro are these devices?

The IQOO Z7x is as competitive with the Z6 Pro. The Z7x has a Snapdragon 695 processor, 6 or 8 GB of RAM, and 128 or 256 GB of UFS 22 storage, just like the previous model. If you feel like you're using all your free space quickly, you can add a microSD card up to 1TB to the expandable storage. Remarkably, the battery and battery life have significantly improved.

Although it's definitely slower than the Z7's 80W quick charging, the IQOO 27x's 6,000 mAh battery does support it. It's not that awful when you can charge up to 70% in less than 35 minutes. Similarly, a single charge can allow you to stream movies for about 19 hours. The 6.64-inch LCD screen on the IQOO 27 and 27x has a 1080p resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.

In line with more contemporary standard phones, there is also an 8MP front-facing camera and a side-mounted fingerprint reader. The 27x contains a 50MP camera sensor and a 2MP depth sensor, just like the IQOO 27, although it lacks an ultra-wide sensor.

The phone features a variety of connectivity options because it supports Bluetooth 5.1, LDAC, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Price of IQOO 27 and 27X:

Preorders for the IQOO 27 and 27x are presently being taken on Vivo's Chinese online shop. You will pay CNY 1600 for the entry-level version with an 8/128GB RAM option. Also, the 27x model costs CNY 1300, but the 12/256GB memory option costs CNY 2000.
