Delhi : To facilitate email management, the Gmail iOS app has a 'Unsubscribe' option. This convenient feature, which is clearly placed beneath the subject line, makes it easy for customers to opt out of receiving bulk emails with just one click. The upgrade is consistent with Google's goal of improving the Gmail user experience and giving users more choice over how effectively they manage their inboxes. A more noticeable 'unsubscribe' button will now appear next to the sender's name on Gmail's iOS app, as part of a new feature aimed at improving user comfort and streamlining the email management process. With just one click, users will be able to opt out of receiving mass emails thanks to this intuitive innovation.

The Gmail iOS app appears to have this capability, but it's unclear if the Android version will have it eventually. Google has periodically released enhancements for iOS before Android, continuing a pattern that has previously been noted.

Google continues to fight spam and improve user control over their inboxes, which is clear evidence of their dedication to improving the Gmail experience. The business introduced new guidelines for bulk senders—those who send more than 5,000 messages to Gmail accounts every day—in October 2023. A one-click unsubscribe button was one of the most important innovations, enabling customers to effectively and quickly opt out of receiving advertising communications.

'Unsubscribe' button has reportedly been placed purposefully immediately below the email subject line and above the body of the message. Users may now readily locate the unsubscribe button without having to search through menus or scroll to the bottom of emails thanks to its prominent positioning. The new way is thought to be a big improvement over the old one, which required users to find the unsubscribe option at the bottom of the email or hit the three-dot menu at the top of the message window. The new location is more in line with the layout of the unsubscribe button on the online version of Gmail, which is next to the sender's information and below the subject line.
