Nokia C22 confirmed to launch in India: All you need to know about specs, features and more

Delhi : Nokia C22 is slated to debut in India on May 11. In February, the Nokia C32 and the impending C-series smartphone made their debuts in a few European regions. A 13MP main sensor is included on the Nokia C22's twin back cameras and 6.5-inch LCD screen. It has a 5,000mAh battery that, according to the manufacturer, may last up to three days on a single charge. The Android 13 (Go edition)-powered Nokia C22 has an IP52 grade for water resistance.

In a tweet sent on Tuesday, Nokia announced that the Nokia C22 would be available in India in two days. The device will include AI-powered cameras and a three-day battery life. However, the brand has not made any information available.

Nokia C22 characteristics and specs

The Indian version of the phone will undoubtedly have a lot of the same features as its European equivalent. A 6.5-inch HD+ (720 x 1,600 pixels) LCD screen is available on the Nokia C22. It is powered by a 2GB RAM and octa-core UNISOC SC9863A processor. Utilising unused storage, the phone also allows RAM extension. It comes with 64GB of internal storage that can be increased by up to 256GB using a microSD card.

The Nokia C22 has two back cameras for photography, one with a 13MP main sensor and the other with a 2MP macro sensor. The Nokia smartphone has an 8MP selfie camera on the front. The smartphone supports face unlock and has a fingerprint reader located on the back. The 5,000mAh battery within the Nokia C22 supports standard 10W charging. It has a dust and water resistance rating of IP52.

Price of a Nokia C22

In February, the Nokia C22 and Nokia C32 were introduced in Europe. The phone has a starting price of EUR 109 (about Rs 9,800), and it comes in Charcoal, Purple, and Sand colour options.
