Delhi : The C22 is a new low-cost smartphone for Indian users, according to HMD Global, a Finnish technology company that also owns Nokia. According to the company, the smartphone would have better data protection and provide consumers some of the best features available.

Specifications for the brand-new Nokia C22 include a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD screen with a 20:9 aspect ratio and a resolution of 720x1,600 pixels. The device's octa-core Unisoc SC9863A chipset, which supports up to 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage, powers it from within. A 5000 mAh battery that is supported by the Battery Saver function powers the smartphone. The battery life of the smartphone is up to three days. The newest version of Android is preinstalled on the device.

The business has provided IP52 certification, which shields the phone from splashes of water and dust, for security reasons. It also includes a face unlock feature and a fingerprint sensor on the back panel for security. The smartphone has a dual SIM configuration and will receive quarterly security upgrades for the following two years, but the operating system update has not been guaranteed by the manufacturer.

In terms of optics, the smartphone features a dual camera configuration with a 13 MP primary camera and a 2 MP sensor with compatibility for an LED torch. The smartphone has an 8 MP front camera for taking selfies and making video calls.

Price of Nokia C22 in India: The brand-new Nokia C22 is offered in Charcoal, Purple, and Sand hues. The smartphone's base trim with 2GB RAM costs Rs 7,999, and the top-end trim with 4GB RAM costs Rs 8,499.
