OnePlus Nord 3: Uncovering the rumored specs
Delhi : A more improved model of the smartphone is apparently about to be released by OnePlus after the firm introduced the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite in India. The smartphone, known as the Nord 3, will replace the OnePlus Nord and OnePlus Nord 2. According to a recent leak, the phone will be on sale in India "6-8 weeks from now."
Yogesh Brar, who has a good track record of leaking smartphone specifications and costs well in advance of the official launch, is the source of the leak. Brar tweets that the pricing of the OnePlus Nord 3 would range from Rs 30 to 40,000. This is not entirely unexpected given the company's history of raising prices with each subsequent iteration. The initial Nord model, released in 2020, cost Rs 24,999 for 64GB of storage. In India, the base model of the OnePlus Nord 2 5G with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage was priced at Rs 27,999. The Nord 2T was introduced at a starting price of Rs 28,999 last year.
In addition to the price, the tweet reveals that the OnePlus Nord 3 would have a 6.7-inch 1.5K AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. It could be powered by a 5,000mAh battery and MediaTek's Dimensity 9000 SoC. Given that the battery could enable 80W fast charging, OnePlus may have an advantage over competitors in terms of charging speed. However, Xiaomi's Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge 5G, which is now available in India for Rs 25,999, also supports 120W rapid charging.
A triple back camera system with a 64-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel secondary camera, and a 2-megapixel camera is one of the other important features, according to Brar. A 16-megapixel selfie camera, which is becoming rather common on OnePlus phones, could be found up front.
OnePlus has been extremely adventurous with its Nord series, but the tweet says nothing specific regarding the design. The new OnePlus portfolio, the Nord CE 3 Lite 5G, was just released with fresh Lime colour options. The new CE 3 Lite does not have the teal blue finish that other Nord phones are known for.
On the Nord 3, OnePlus could also wish to keep the alert slider. Users may smoothly choose between loud and silent audio settings with the aid of the slider.
