Redmi 12 5G launching in India: Specs, features and availability

Delhi : Redmi is prepared to introduce the Redmi 12 5G smartphone. The smartphone will make its debut on August 1 around the globe, and the premiere will take place in the capital city. Additionally, the business disclosed a few fundamental facts about the smartphone. The smartphone will have three cameras at the back and be offered in three different colors in the Indian market. 

According to the leaked Redmi 12 5G pictures, the MIUI 14 operating system would be based on Android 13. The Redmi 12 5G will come in Jade Black, Moonstone Silver, and Pastel Blue color options in terms of color variations. It is believed to have a glass back panel with a 50 megapixel main camera as the primary camera. 

A device microsite is currently operational as well. Its information indicates that the smartphone would have the largest Redmi display ever. Additionally, images imply that it will have volume rockers and a power button on the right side. It is anticipated that the power button would also double as a fingerprint reader.

The phone is also anticipated to include a 5,000mAh battery, 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal storage. The manufacturer has also made a suggestion that the phone will cost about Rs 10,000. The Redmi 12 is also anticipated to include a water drop notch display for a more contemporary appearance and feel. Additionally, Xiaomi has planned simultaneous launches of its Redmi Watch 3 Active smartwatch and Xiaomi Smart TV X Series.
