Reliance Jio new prepaid packs: Here's all you need to know

New Delhi : With the advent of Reliance Jio, the telecom industry has become competitive. To challenge its competitors, yet again, Jio has come up with affordable and value-for-money tariff plans which range from Rs. 19 to Rs. 9,999 and offer a validity of one day to a year.

Here's more about the new plans.

1) Jio Prepaid recharge plan of Rs. 149

For Rs. 149, Jio is offering 1.5GB of 4G daily data and the plan will be valid for 28 days.

If you exhaust the daily data limit, you will still have access to the internet but at a low-speed of 64Kbps.

Under this pack, you also get unlimited local, STD and roaming calls, 100 SMSes per day and a free subscription to Jio apps.

2) Jio's recharge plan priced at Rs. 349

This plan is similar to the Rs. 349 plan except for the difference in validity (and hence data also).

Under Rs. 349 plan, you get 1.5GB 4G daily data and the plan is valid for a period of 70 days. Hence, you get a cumulative data of 105GB.

The other benefits regarding calls and SMSes are the same as that of Rs. 149 plan.

3) Jio prepaid plans for Rs. 399 and Rs. 449

Similar to the previously mentioned plans, these two plans i.e. Rs. 399 and Rs. 449 also offer 1.5GB 4G daily data but for 84 days and 91 days respectively.

It should be noted that the Internet speed will drop down to 64Kbps after the FUP limit is exhausted.

Lastly, you get unlimited calls, 100 SMSes per day and free subscription to Jio Apps on both the plans.
